Leatherfree shoes
are made from leather alternatives often referred to as looking similar to leather and having the same properties. Shoes, also known as imitation leather shoes, are often made of microfibers. The leather-free artificial leather materials offered by Shoezuu are made of high-quality microfibers that are breathable and very hard-wearing.
Be careful when labeling shoes. If the symbol for faux leather is given, the shoes can still contain leather. The shoe labeling regulation requires the material to be specified, which accounts for at least 80%. This means that if it is 80% artificial leather and 20% leather, the label for artificial leather must be attached.
Here is an excerpt from the text:
§ 4. The marking according to § 3 must contain information on the material according to Annex 1, which covers at least 80% of the surface of the upper, lining and cover sole and at least 80% of the volume of the outsole. If no material accounts for at least 80%, information on the two main materials must be provided.
At Shoezuu there are of course only 100% vegan shoes. In addition, we do not sell shoes from companies that make their main business with leather shoes. Brands like Shoezuu Vegan, Vegetarian-Shoes< /a>, NAE Vegan Shoes, Wills Vegan Shoes and Vesica Piscis Footwear produce exclusively vegan shoes.
